1. About Radplasm

Radplasm ("we", "us", "our") is an independent physician consultation platform that facilitates informational discussions between users and physicians registered in India. Radplasm is not a medical provider, clinic, or healthcare organization.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radplasm website and consultation services. By accessing the site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Service

Radplasm provides access to independent informational consultations with physicians for educational and informational purposes only. The service is strictly limited to helping users:

Radplasm does not offer, and its physicians do not provide, medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, prescriptions, or any form of regulated healthcare. Using Radplasm does not create a physician-patient relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Radplasm. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a family member, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and will share these Terms with them.

4. Bookings and Payment

All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking system. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Radplasm does not store your payment card details.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Medical Disclaimer.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds: If a physician is unable to attend and a suitable replacement or rescheduled session cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

5. Physician Verification

Radplasm takes reasonable steps to verify that physicians on the platform are registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC). However, Radplasm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any physician's credentials. Verification information is provided in good faith.

Physicians on the platform are independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of Radplasm.

Consultations are conducted via Zoom and are not recorded by Radplasm without explicit written consent from both parties. Health information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with insurers, employers, government bodies, or any third parties except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radplasm and its directors, contractors, and affiliated physicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radplasm, its founders, directors, contractors, and affiliated physicians from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

All content on the Radplasm website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of Radplasm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Radplasm content without prior written permission.

Radplasm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
