2. No Physician-Patient Relationship
Using Radplasm does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and any physician facilitated through this platform, or between you and Radplasm. Physicians on the Radplasm platform are independent individuals providing informational discussions only.
A physician-patient relationship can only be established with a licensed healthcare provider in your jurisdiction through a formal clinical engagement. Radplasm is not a substitute for that relationship.
3. Physician Licensing
Physicians who provide consultations through Radplasm are registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the National Medical Commission (NMC) and are licensed to practice medicine in India. They are not licensed to practice medicine in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction outside of India.
Accordingly, their participation in Radplasm consultations is limited to providing independent, informational discussions — not clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — to users located outside India.
4. Always Consult a Local Licensed Physician
You should always seek the advice of a qualified, locally licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information or discussions encountered through Radplasm.
