Payment is processed securely via Stripe before your session is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards. Your session link is sent immediately after payment confirmation.
Absolutely. You can share scans, reports, discharge summaries directly in the Zoom session via screen share, or email them in advance so the physician can review before your session.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge via the Calendly link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Yes. Sessions are over encrypted Zoom calls. We do not record sessions without explicit consent. Your health information is never shared with insurers, employers, or any third party.
